Operation Bangladesh, founded by entrepreneur Morad Shaker, has successfully reached its initial five-million-position allocation target. Originally conceived as a pilot program focused on poverty reduction in Bangladesh, the initiative has evolved into a robust international framework. With 4,996,048 positions now allocated across diverse regions, the organization is transitioning its focus toward the broader Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem to address systemic humanitarian challenges worldwide.

Following this milestone, Shaker has officially activated a 10-million-position reserve to support expanded global priorities. This strategic allocation includes critical initiatives such as the Phoenix Passage, which aims to mobilize future generations for humanitarian service, along with dedicated support for refugees in Thailand, the people of Ukraine, and the Shaker Global Animal Protection Foundation.
